Atelier26 Designer Nathan Shields Drops by the Today Show

Here at Atelier26, we've long been attuned to the massive talents of our designer and illustrator Nathan Shields. It seems the man can do anything: breathtaking book covers, woodblock printing, instrument making, mathematizing, speed drawing and video production, t-shirt design, and yes, pancake art. 

It was this last that led him to New York this weekend for an appearance on the Today Show, where he demonstrated his artistic agility depicting a series of large mammals (and a cephalopod or two) with nothing but a frying pan and a squeeze bottle full of batter. He then wowed the show's hosts with individualized portraits.

We're awfully proud. (And we knew him first!)
